Objective
Skylink Holdings Limited (“Skylink” or the “Company”) is committed to maintaining a high standard of transparency, accountability and timely disclosure. The Company recognises the importance of regular, effective and fair communication with shareholders, investors, analysts and the broader investment community. The objective of this Policy is to ensure that all stakeholders have equal and timely access to material information concerning the Company’s business, financial performance, strategic developments and corporate governance practices, in accordance with the SGX-ST Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist (“Catalist Rules”) and applicable laws and regulations.

Principles
The Company shall be guided by the following principles:
- Timely, accurate and balanced disclosure of material information;
- Equal treatment and fair access to information for all shareholders and investors;
- Compliance with continuous disclosure obligations under the Catalist Rules;
- Promotion of constructive engagement with shareholders and the investment community;and
- Prevention of selective disclosure of material non-public information.

Communication Channels
The Company communicates with shareholders and the investment community through the following channels:
- SGXNet announcements;
- Annual reports and sustainability reports;
- Half-yearly financial results announcements;
- Half-yearly business updates and presentation decks;
- Investor and analyst briefings;
- Corporate website disclosures;
- Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings; (h) Press releases and media engagements; and
- Other investor communication platforms approved by the Board.

Half-Yearly Business Updates
In addition to statutory financial reporting requirements, the Company may provide voluntary business updates to shareholders and investors on a half-yearly basis.
Such updates may include:
- Fleet growth and deployment statistics;
- Leasing, financing and engineering business performance indicators;
- Operational developments and business milestones;
- Strategic initiatives, including EV transition and ecosystem expansion; and
- Industry trends and market developments relevant to the Group.
Where appropriate, management may accompany such updates with presentation materials to facilitate investor understanding of the Group’s business performance and strategy.

Analyst and Investor Engagement
The Company actively engages with research analysts, institutional investors, fund managers, shareholders and prospective investors to promote a better understanding of its business model, operating performance and growth strategy.
Meetings may be conducted through:
- Investor presentations;
- One-on-one meetings;
- Group briefings;
- Non-deal roadshows;
- Conference participation; and
- Virtual meetings and conference calls.
All discussions shall be conducted in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements and shall not involve the selective disclosure of material non-public information.

SGX Announcements
The Company shall make timely disclosure of all material information through SGXNet in accordance with the Catalist Rules.
Material information may include:
- Financial results;
- Significant business developments;
- Corporate actions;
- Acquisitions and disposals;
- Interested person transactions;
- Changes in directors and key management personnel; and
- Other information required to be disclosed under applicable regulations.

Corporate Website
The Company maintains a corporate website as a key communication platform for shareholders and stakeholders. The Investor Relations section of the website shall contain,where appropriate:
- Annual reports;
- Sustainability reports;
- SGX announcements;
- Financial results;
- Investor presentation materials;
- Corporate governance disclosures; and
- Contact information for investor enquiries.
Information made available on the website shall be consistent with information disclosed through SGXNet.

Shareholder Engagement
The Company encourages active shareholder participation at general meetings.
Shareholders are provided opportunities to:
- Raise questions to the Board and Management;
- Seek clarification on Company matters;
- Vote on resolutions; and
- Engage with Directors and Management on matters affecting the Company.
Feedback from shareholders and the investment community shall be communicated to the Board where appropriate.

Responsibility
The Board oversees the Company’s investor relations activities. The CEO, CFO and authorised representatives of the Company may engage with shareholders, analysts and investors on behalf of the Company. The Company Sponsor shall assist in ensuring compliance with disclosure obligations and applicable regulatory requirements.

Review of Policy
This Policy shall be reviewed periodically by the Board to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness, taking into account regulatory developments, market practices and the Company’s evolving business needs.
